Chau Huynh is the founder of Blossom Music School, the first music school of its kind in Chester Hill. She is a passionate and inspiring piano teacher of 15 years and cannot imagine doing anything else.Her piano teachers have included Faye Lake, Neta Maughan AM, and Janine Wilkins who all have had an immense influence on her life, piano technique and teaching style.
She studied Music at the acclaimed University of Sydney-Conservatorium of Music under renowned music educators such as Dr Matthew Hindson, Dr Anne Boyd, Dr Daniel Rojas, Dr Charles Fairchild and Dr James Weirzbicki. She received high distinctions in music theory, music administration and musicology. Chau taught at private music schools across Sydney, most notably the Neta Maughan Piano Studio in 2011, a piano studio which has won lots of teaching awards including the AMEB Piano Shield more than 20 times. Chau was heavily involved in the music teaching community where she has assisted with the Burwood Eisteddfod (2011) and Music Teachers Association Fundraising (2010 and 2011), regularly attending pedagogical conferences including the Music Teachers’ Centenary Conference (2012), the Gerard Willems Classical Piano Repertoire (2012), the Piano Teachers’ Festival (2012, 2010, 2008). She is a Member of Music Teachers Association NSW, United Music Teachers NSW, and Music Teachers NSW Online. She performs in weddings, fundraising and volunteering events, community events and Christmas functions in her spare time. Her students have achieved first, second and third place in Competitions all over Sydney. |

Katherine completed her Bachelor of Music with a major in Music Education at the acclaimed NSW Conservatorium of Music. Whilst undergoing her tertiary music studies, she was part of the Conservatorium Chamber Choir, ABC Recordings and involved with AMEB and HSC accompaniment.She has studied with famous concert pianists with the likes of Stephanie MacCallum and Lyle Duke. In high school, she completed her Music 2 and Music Extension for her HSC.She has many accomplishments in the field of teaching where she has guided many students in HSC syllabus for Music 1,2 and Extension and taught in private schools, primary schools and high schools in Inner West Sydney.
Katherine is currently finishing her Master of Education (Special and Inclusive Education) and intends to work with kids with disabilities and incorporate music in their learning. She is a woman of many musical talents as she is currently studying her AMEB Associate Diploma in Opera and Classical Voice. She performs in weddings and at church in her spare time. |

Nathan Walsh greatest asset is his versatility, he can perform in an array of styles including classical, jazz, funk and pop as well as teach guitar, piano and music theory.
He is finishing up his Bachelor of Music at the highly respected Australian Institute of Music, achieving distinctions in theory. At St Dominics College, he came first in Music 2 and Music Extension. He has huge teaching experience under his belt, teaching music at several music schools. He has attended masterclasses including Tommy Emmanuel and songwriting workshops.He helps his advanced students to play Spanish flamenco guitar as well as Classical guitar. He also studied advanced Classical Piano and looking at completing his Classical Piano Grade 8 in 2015. In his spare time, he performs gigs across Sydney with his band including weddings, bars, restaurants and parties. He is a studio recording guitarist and is in the process of recording his first album. |

Daniel is an accomplished musician and currently performing professionally in two bands, a folk-acoustic band and a cover band. He has taught all over Sydney including Catholic and primary schools. Daniel completed his formal studies in drums at the acclaimed AIM (performance diploma).Whilst at AIM, he won the ‘Combined Catholic Colleges Scholarship’.Daniel won the National ‘Emergenza Battle of the Bands’ competition – continuing to place 5th at International final in Germany. He has performed and toured nationally and internationally including at the Bluesfest Australia, ‘Taubertal festival’ Germany, ‘Whiskey a Go Go’ & ‘Key Club’ Los Angeles, Star City in Sydney.He is endorsed by ‘Drummers Dream Belmore.’ In his spare time, he is a studio recording drummer. |

| Katrina is a passionate music teacher who is devoted in helping her students achieve a consistent high level of performing and playing. She has a wealth of teaching experience having helped her students undertake AMEB exams and Music HSC exams.Katrina displays immense musical talent as she has completed her Ameb Associate Diploma in Piano under the guidance of Bradley Evans. She has accompanied piano for Music HSC students and performs in many chamber ensembles. She is currently completing further advanced piano studies in the Licentiate Diploma in Piano, continuing her university studies by studying the very demanding Bachelor of Music degree at the Conservatorium of Music as well as following her dream of being a composer! | |

| – Vanessa Wong, Associate Diploma in Trinity College London cello and equivalent Ameb 6th Grade Piano Traditional. She has played with different orchestras since 2010, and is currently a cellist in UNSW orchestra. She is also completing her Bachelors of Commerce at UNSW.
– Patrick Huynh, part-time administrator, and studying full time in Combined Bachelors of Law and Science at Macquarie University. In his spare time, he is a tutor and his students have made it into top schools in the state including North Sydney Boys Selective School and Hurlstone Agricultural Selective School. |
